For a start, looking at the cashflow statement they have only paid 2.5mil in cash for purchase of PPE in cold hard cash. THe 7mil movement between 30/6/18 and 31/12/18 would be primarily the CDR costs (3mil euro) = 4.7m, as these costs are accrued for (hence large liability balance).

Explain to me Hasty, in a logical sense, how can they start construction, prior to CDR being completed, let alone paid. GOmspaces own admission was they halted construction due to non-payment.
