Yes I've posted links supporting my argument. Refer to my post earlier in the day which states there are milestone payments due. Other lies I have called him out on are well documented in my posts yesterday.
I've asked for an ASX announcement confirming what Hunterr refers to. If it isn't announced to the ASX then it is not official, in my eyes. Meir wouldn't announce this on the ASX as it would be misleading and a false representation.
Fact is - gomspace themself have told analysts that the contract has staged payments on essentially a % of completion method. Think about it from Gomspace perspective and a general commercial sense (building homes, large projects etc), in what world would you accept 0 payment upfront until the work is complete. Think about construction contracts for homes, mine development sites etc - all require staged payments throughout construction.
Further to the above, given Gomspace are quite a small company in their own right, reliant on capital raisings etc themselves, from their corporate governance and commercial perspective it would be VERY risk for them to only accept payment at the end of each batch.
Therefore the logical, commercial and undisputed conclusion is that SAS must make payments to Gomspace throughout the construction of each batch, whether it be on a % of completion (ie 1 nano sat completed = 1 payment) or more of a lead in cost (30% deposit upfront, 70% on completion).
