• Company signs share purchase agreement with Mulwarra-SAY.AX
• SAY will acquire 100% of Mulwarra from mulwarra shareholders
• In consideration for acquisition, Mulwarra shareholders are entitled to $7.3 million in cash
• Acquisition includes $12.5 million worth of consideration shares in SAY
