May 14 (Reuters) - Atlantic Gold Corp AGB.V said on Tuesday it entered an agreement to be acquired by Australia-based St Barbara Ltd (SBM) in an all-cash transaction for C$722 Million.
St Barbara's C$2.90 per share cash offer represents a premium of 38.75% premium to Atlanta Gold's closing price on Tuesday.
