SBM share price currently is at 50.5 cents. has total share number of 816million. Received cash 370 millions which is likely to be returned fully to share holder which equals around 45cents. Plus will receive 1sbm share to 0.25 gmd shares. For me it looks like a easy profit to be made to purchase at 50 cents. Am I missing something?
