Part of 370 millions cash will be needed to pay down debt as well as chipping in to the Atlantic Reclamation bond payment! Not quite sure any of those cash is available for distribution though! …but then again what do I know!
I note that we assume negligible current assets values for Simberi and or any possible future exploration success in Nova Scotia! So SBM will be debt free but also losing one main mining asset out of three from the balance sheet!
we will gain 0.25 GMD share on 11 of July for each SBM held. I am just wondering how would SBM share price behaving right after this GMD distribution!?
