From my investigation Netscher has been talking to Genesis or their representatives for close to 3 years. It seems Netscher’s single focus with a subservient board has been to facilitate Genesis’ desire to take control of St Barbara’s Leonora assets. Is this criminal? It certainly looks like it to me.
