I saw it also. Why would they say that? $294 million in the bank, no debt and 2 decent assets with 3moz in reserves. It worries me that these guys were possibly fed that narrative. I will not trust the management of SBM until I see conclusive evidence to the contrary that would change my thoughts on this lot.
