I like the look of this stock - logically with restrictions lifted, Westfield will see an increase in customers. To see a rise of 2.7% during a pandemic is more reassurance, and I can see this stock resuming to $3.5-$4 by the end of the year.
Must be wary of any economic downturn as this stock would be most at risk - as we saw prices drop during COVID.
