Bought today at 1.80, i bought a building for half price, valued the business at zero and it returns 12.5%. You just dont walk past that.
if it gets worse than I expect they can cut the divs for a year (so what), sell assets (please do), refinance (at what 3%?), drop rents and cut their expenses. It will get back to normal one day anyway and $3.60 looks easy.
I AM betting that this virus is being handled very well, dark numbers are much higher meaning that the mortality rate is much lower, and its normally not 100% coronas fault, if someone is running at 30% health and corona takes off 35% thats the end.
