SCL charge fees to schools and teachers to be on their platform. Most of the schools have signed up during the peak period in the second half of last calendar year. If there are more teachers looking for jobs, this will benefit them as well. They have announced that they haven't seen any effect so far on their business, so lets see how this pans out.
The other thing to keep in mind is the launch of Verify. Getting checks on teachers and all staff is a legal requirement for schools and not an expense that they can cut back on. This is a huge opportunity and if schools are running on skeleton staff levels, then they will probably be more inclined to outsource this. I actually think this part of their business could potentially be bigger than the existing business.
