- Says issue price of stapled units to be allocated under SCP's drp on or about 29 January 2016 is $2.04 per unit
- SCP has entered into an underwriting agreement with Moelis Australia Advisory Pty Ltd
- SCP entered into an underwriting agreement to underwrite 40% of the total distribution amount of $43.5 million
