Wow what a cracker of a deal for Scout !

So we have a US$22 bil behemoth of the securities industry licencing the A$20 mil Scouts home security platform for global distribution.

Stanley Black & Decker have obviously done their due diligence. They wouldn't enter into this Licence if they didn't think it could generate huge revenues otherwise why would they bother.

The Us$300k licence fee will come in handy plus I reckon Scout would have done a deal on funding fulfillment going forward.

If this ramps up well in the new Calendar Year, Scout will definitely get taken out before it gains too much momentum.
