SDA have achieved a lot since listing in 2014. The global sat comms industry is fragmented and ripe for consolidation as this company is doing. Takeovers include Hermes, Geolink, SAIT, ST Teleport, Newcom, Wins, Harris Caprock, and now Globecomm. They will eventually be a very dominant player in the industry.
