No developer will want to sell, but some may be forced to sell.

I'm pessimistic about sales of new dwellings because:

* population growth has stopped

* there'll be a flood of existing properties on the market when the six months mortgage holidays end

* unemployed renters moving back to their parents reduces denand for investment properties

* rents are going to fall as vacancies increase, so there's less incentive to buy.
