No evidence of reduction in rents in WA, however I wouldn't rule it out in 2nd quarter of 2021 - at these rates if people cant buy (which I assume job security may be a factor) they are going to have to rent. Govt keeps printing money and its all seem to be going in one direction and for the time being, its into the equities market globally; so the transition back to RE market is inevitable as the two are just about interchangeable.

People sell their shares and buy properties if values stack up. so I am not predicting a doom and gloom in RE markets either.
