I am beginning to wonder if this co gives a flying f%^^& to the long term suffering share holders - if there was ever a better time to do buy backs - this is the time to do it, before mortgage sellers and margin calls forces it even lower; maybe that's what the directors are really thinking? the directors are effing running the company like some private co in my opinion.
