March 4 (Reuters) - CIMIC Group Ltd (CIM) :
- Extension in relation to offmarket takeover offer for all of the shares it does not own in Sedgman Limited
- Cimic, through its wholly owned subsidiary Cimic Group Investments Pty Limited (cgi), has extended the offer period under the offer
- Says the offer period will now close at 7.00pm AEDT on 18 march 2016
- "CGI will not extend the offer period any further"
- Says offer consideration of $1.07 in cash per share has now been adjusted for the fully franked dividends of 12.3 cents per share
- "Says the offer price is final and will not be increased in the absence of a competing proposal"
