I personally think its a pretty poor deal for BD1 to be doing at this premium........the market either thinks its going to fall over OR BD1 shares are not worth buying SDX sub 6c.......
From what I've read as a BD1 holder the management team here seem to like spending......Hope most of them don't come with the company.
