    If you wanted to buy SDX this morning the ask price is 7.6 which equates to a BD1 price of 2.9 which is also their current ask price this morning . It will fluctuate through the day no doubt and more good news or bad from either co will affect both as i think the merger is assumed as a done deal . SDX shares also seem very tightly held now.
