SEEK Limited (ASX:SEK) has reaffirmed its overall guidance for fiscal 2014 and upgraded guidance for its domestic division based on ad volume trends in the year to date.

Addressing shareholders at the group's annual general meeting, chief executive officer Andrew Bassat said domestic division trading conditions have improved since guidance was given in its full-year 2013 results.

Previous guidance for the division was based on continued flat to gentle decline in ad volumes, leading to revenue and EBITDA moderately lower in 2014.

In the first four months of the financial year, Mr Bassat said Seek saw improving trends, with flat to gentle increases in ad volumes.

Revenue and EBITDA in 2014 are expected to be slightly ahead of the prior year, and results will be favourably affected if conditions improve ahead of current trend.

Seek delivered a net profit of $313.7 million in fiscal 2013.
