not convinced that management have struggled for years but certainty GC has no idea about the PSC and one has to wonder if any off them have read it. its odd even GDG can make progress and AAGI have no issues so is it the SOE's or is it just SEH seem to have issues/cannot follow the PSC. I am sure most SH will be happy to get out as one view would be the confidence in management is very low
