I think half of the cash is collateral for ASX clearing - I suspect the buyer would see that as part of the business assets required. I really dont know what SEQ does with the cash. Against my better judgement Morrison's has been a good asset. Probably one of the more stable in the diverse bundle. I think if you sell Morrison's then in fact we will be a M&A target that would be hard to resist.
