A source told Street Talk that one of Sargon's holding companies had gone into receivership at the hands of a Chinese secured creditor.
"Sargon Capital is a holdco. All of the operating subsidiaries are not in administration," the source said.
I jumped to the same conclusion as most that they would liquidate their holding at fire sale prices. The afr article suggest this is not the only possibility, even if it looks likely.
