I have probably been very unfair. I gave it a lot of thought and given the market dislocation, it's probably wise to keep the powder dry. Remember there are probably opportunities flowing from all this upheaval. They must be looking at Madison, then I hear that there are a few other planning groups looking for homes as well. So on balance, I would probably be doing nothing at this stage. I am not selling or buying at the moment in the market so why should they be any different.
I understand the opportunity, what I don't understand is the risk and the impact of this market dislocation. So I will give them the benefit of the doubt for now.
