I'm interested your comment re the Chairman seeking to convert considerably more debt to equity - are you saying he would like to or he will be? I presume he needs to do so only after such approval and that wasn't mentioned in the announcement last week.
Also I note the announcement today that the closing date for the SPP is 1 May - your comment re the possibility of an announcement re another offtake agreement being reached in a month or 2 - it would really confuse an orderly arrangement for the SPP take up IF such an announcement was made within the SPP period! But of course the company always has discretion as to how much over-subscriptions, if any, would be accepted! But for sure there is a risk, even though the amount being sought is considerable for an SPP of $4 million, that individual subscriptions could be pruned back if such an announcement sent the share price higher!
