The extra capital will help in the view of the participating PSD investors.
I have had other stock whereby they have raised capital to ensure they are in a healthy cash position before they can convince shareholders to come aboard. Nearmap did this by raising $70M in two days from institutional investors. I feel the same similar thing is happening here.
It is great to see that investors are fully behind this placement.
