Many thanks Bonnie73 - I guess speed reading is bad for locating the "devil in the detail" wrt to Avatar Finance. Whilst I don't want to create waves unnecessarily, I do believe it is important that the will of all of the shareholders be upheld, particularly as this has considerable ramifications IMO. Consequently I am going to establish a new thread which I hope all SFG followers on HC can provide their input. See the thread "Avatar Finance Debt Conversion" - I will set it up now with some thoughts on the subject (give me a few minutes to write something!
