    Feb 28 (Reuters) - Specialty Fashion Group Ltd (SFH)

    • Provides an update on confidential, indicative and non-binding change of control proposal from Al Alfia Holding Wl
    • Group granted al alfia access to customary due diligence
    • Al Alfia has advised they are addressing probate issue however has not been able to confirm when this will be resolved.
    • However, due to unforeseen circumstances , funding has been temporarily restricted in probate
