Very disappointing. Four and a half years to get this far and now a legal challenge(s). I would think that the purpose of the legal challenge(s) will be to knock the whole project on the head completely or at the very least delay it as long as possible and cause as much angst as they can for the company. It could be another four and a half years (if ever) before SFR shareholders see any return from Black Butte.
