- Intends to demerge its portfolio of gold and base metal assets currently held by unit carawine resources
- Carawine IPO will raise between $5 million & $7 million through offer of between 25 million & 35 million shares, at an issue price of 20c per share
- Carawine will undertake an initial public offer in order to independently satisfy admission requirements of ASX
