Aug 4 (Reuters) - SG Fleet Group Ltd (SGF) :

• Fleet hire acquisition (SGF)
• Total value is £25.7 million, comprised of a purchase price of £19.6 million

  and lease portfolio debt net of cash of £6.1 million

• Says SG Fleet expects cash EPS accretion in its first full year of ownership

  of 4.5%

• Shares to value of £1.8 million will be issued to vendors, with the remainder

  of consideration to be funded through debt and cash on hand
