I don't know how they have gotten away with it, criminal behaviour yet where is the justice for shareholders who were deceived? They should be locked up to make an example of what happens when you lie as a custodian, destroying the lives by costing innocent shareholders their savings. Then every CEO/board member of an asx listed company should be made to walk past their cell so they can get a sense of what will happen to them if they ever repeat such a disgrace.
Instead the reality is the culprits are relaxing on a beach somewhere laughing and every CEO/boardmember when making decisions just does whatever benefits them and their cronies, thinking nothing ever happened to grechie so why would I ever have to answer for my actions. Dispicable, ASIC should be disbanded immiadiatly and a real organisation willing to put those accountable in jail and redistribute there assests put in place.
