    • CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT-SGH.AX
    • AGREEMENT REACHED TO SETTLE CLASS ACTION AGAINST ITS FORMER AUDITORS IN WHICH CROSS CLAIM WAS BROUGHT AGAINST SLATER & GORDON
    • AGREEMENT IS SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY FEDERAL COURT
    • SLATER & GORDON WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO MAKE ANY CONTRIBUTION TO SETTLEMENT
