The new MD will not make any difference. The other union labour firms will continue to make inroads into their traditional practice and they will continue to flog the last remaining area of profitable practice Class Actions but there is alot of growing competition there also. Gordon Legal is getting a lot of publicity , they are acting for the 4 US golfing widows regarding the plane accident at Essendon Airport 18 months ago. There will be millions paid out there if gross negligence is proven against the pilot.
