90p/share (current equivalent £9 after consolidation) was approved by the courts and returned to shareholders.
10p/ share (now £1 after consolidation) is still locked up in the escrow. My guess is that this could remain locked in until the SGH claim is resolved in or out of court.
If we win the SGH claim, I imagine any award would be used by the company. I don't think there is any intention for that to be distributed, only the escrow.
I do, however, expect a significant rerating assuming both items are won as the capitalisation is currently below the cash in the bank....
Time will tell.
