Have you seen the military budget, Hac? The tax cuts to the filthy rich who pay no tax? The money that is being siphoned out of this country and dropped into dark caves in little islands? The bribes?
That would absolutely comfortably pay for "our hospitals."
And, yes, the world could very easily become "all rainbows and lollipops," so why isn't it so?
