I agree there should be criminal investigations into the BOD. I believe the BOD failed miserably in their legal obligation and duty to continuously inform shareholders of serious problems and material events. It's unbelievable AG is now getting another $1.5M after heading up the destruction of this company.

I think Anchorage already has the numbers to dilute current shareholders into oblivion. If not passed I believe they will just liquidate SGH, take profits and move on to the next disaster managed by business morons.
