yes agree d4e will happen, as you said thats already been foreshadowed. but nobody knows on what terms, the afr article you referred to suggested it was absolute wipe out and was all but agreed.. that was some weeks ago now so imv this means that eithet there is no agreement yet or they are waiting to see what happens in relation to some of this 'noise' you mention. the weekend Australian article states that the debt holders hold security over any amounts recovered via wtg proceedings.. who knows what that means and how it may affect d4e..
