This will make zero difference to the share price.
The reasons being:
1.It only states the SGH intend to make a claim. They haven't filed a claim and there can be no way to know how valid the claim may be. So there really are no facts yet.
2. Even if the claim is lodged, the statements made previously by Grech, etc regarding the acquisition would make quite the evidence to not even let a claim like this get to court. This could take years to work out.
3. The CA against SGH by shareholders (and ex-shareholders) is still around. I would think that even if anything was won by SGH, it would go straight to paying out the claims from the shareholder and ex-shareholders.
And most importantly....
4. The company is still supported by the Primary Senior Lenders and they are still working on the recapitalisation, so anything else is pretty much not material unless cash can come into SGH within the next few weeks.
