    April 4 (Reuters) - STW Communications Group Ltd (SGN) :

    • STW and WPP Anz businesses join to create WPP Aunz
    • STW shareholders voted in favour of all resolutions associated with the

      transaction

    • Combined entity will be known as WPP AUNZ
    • Says WPP will have a majority shareholding in WPP AUNZ of 61.5%.
    • Michael Connaghan will be CEO and managing director WPP AUNZ
