i bought VAP the vanguard australian listed REIT ETF, that own the best 31 property stocks on the asx, i think SGP is their 6th biggest holding, i bought it at $56, thinking it was a great buy (was $98 a few weeks ago) closed at $51, a shocker, i will keep buying all the way down though, you would think with % rates so low, everyone would be flocking to the property stocks and buying just for the yield which is a tonne better than a deposit at the bank.
