VAP seems like a sensible move, diversifying across the property sector. All REIT's are trading well below NTA and this is not a (direct) property / financial crisis. Even with a significant re-valuation and cut to earnings across REIT's, I suspect dividends will soon look compelling.
Once people stop panic selling shares and panic buying toilet paper, they will remember that the cash rate is 0.25% and cashflow investment options are very limited.
