$2.39 was too good to pass up. That's 10% below the GFC bottom.
11.5% divvy, obviously that's very likely to be slashed, but I feel Stockland are at far less risk than the likes of QAN, but the SP has been hit just as hard.
More than 40% discount to NTA (Dec 2019).
I spent many years in SGP previously, happy to be back for the long term and ignore any potential short term pain. Surely when the panic subsides, investors will remember that the cash interest rate is 1% and SGP will surely still pay a stable dividend well in excess of that.
