I have been going to my local Stockland daily. I live in an average suburb in Sydney.
It's busy throughout the day with people from all walk of life.
So unless there is a total lockdown, I just can't see them struggling as the share price suggests.
Yeah NTA may come down a bit from 4.05 but still a huge discount IMHO.
