    This is kinda how I’m looking at itselling casino props and leasing them back to run operations is a very American thing: see VICIthe problem is not being forced to sell them at a fire sale price. Then again, Blackstone kinda did that recent in Vegas due to redemptions in their BREIT and that still worked out, so may it isn’t a large problem
