Spot on, these USA private capital companies play hardball, and do not blink. So here is SGR a much diminished and near financial collapse Australin Casino over there pleading for some form of capital bail out, who has the upper hand in that situation? How much leverage, if any, does SGR (assuming the Board is up to it??) have. Concerns for the final shape of SGR?
