I calculated NTA at $0.89, so pending further write down this is starting to look tasty. No position yet, but getting very interested
My concern is how they are planning to fund CAPEX given there is limited cash on hand and the current provisions are going to be eaten by all the other legal stuff going on?
SGR would def struggle to issues debt and genuinely not trying to downramp here but it kinda feels like equity raise is gonna be needed?
If that’s the case, is the whole board/mgmt team going to “fall out of a Russian window” given they just did a raise and the terms would be far worse now?
