Apart from VAH ,what other Australian airline went under , 2020 - 2023.Virgin was thrown under the bus ( debt) as they owned much of the fleet ,which has been sold by Bain and in the VAH IPO due very shortly, the Fleet will be leased back to VAH at the previous S/H , expense ( Heallthcope is another example.) The Liberals in State Parliament at the time ,are as bent as Bain/ Oaktree IMO and Labour have already shown, that they will champion Star in its turnaround as Labour priority will be employment and wealth for the State IMHO Barry Cohen the MP put it more simply, " the Libs are for the greedy, Labour for the needie." Millner won't put up with any bullshit and will represent most of the Top 20 , in what's Star and it's S/H interest and not the American raiders who will privitize the assets and socialize the losses ( that's the playbook,)
I agree Tren , there's always the dilution angle to get through this re - financing
