I noticed lots of guy mentioned property portfolio hold by sgr, did anyone really know how much it worth now? or just by guessing? I find on company book it worth 1.35 billion after write down this year. did company make an independent re- valuation for its property? I think they should do it as the processing of re-finance. someone should ask management about this at this year AGM if going to attend.
